ABOUT US.
At Trackmaster we take pride in creating contemporary fashion apparel. This passion is the reason why we are industry leaders in delivering high quality garments at competitive prices to our diverse customer base.
Our goal is to provide solutions for our customers by designing and producing fashion garments exclusively to our customers needs. With a team of innovative individuals, we provide a tailored end-to-end service from product sourcing, development, production and delivery.
We specialise in women’s - both regular size ranges (6-16) and plus size ranges (18-26), men’s and children’s apparel. We service a variety of customers across all levels of the market place, including online retailers, specialty chains and department stores.
Established in 1982 as a family-owned business, Trackmaster has build long standing relationships with retailers, manufacturers and distributors.
As consumer behaviours continue to change, our goal is to adapt, enabling us to continuously provide our customers with commercially viable and creative solutions.
DESIGN & PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
With a creative and innovative team of designers and product developers, graphic designers, garment technicians, pattern-makers and machinists we have the capabilities to develop bespoke garments to meet our customer’s needs.
We have Merchandise Consultants based in the USA, UK and Europe and also conduct frequent international sourcing trips. This provides us with intel on the latest products and trends.
MANUFACTURING, LOGISTICS & SUPPLY
With our infrastructure including suppliers, factories, forwarders and warehousing Trackmaster has the ability to produce large volume orders as well as the flexibility to meet low MOQs.
Our premises in Alexandria, Sydney are conveniently located 10 minutes from Sydney’s International airport and the wharves at Port Botany. This enables us to efficiently distribute freight to our warehousing locations to facilitate fast deliveries of orders to our customers’.
TECHNOLOGY.
We have structured our IT systems to streamline our business for increased productivity. We use the Seams Apparel ERP System specifically designed for the fashion industry. It enables Trackmaster to efficiently manage our planning, sourcing, manufacturing, operations, supply chain and logistics.
Trackmaster uses the Gerber Pattern Making System to manage our design, grading, marker making, plotting, digitising and cutting processes.
We are fully EDI compliant, and use multiple EDI platforms, including SPS Commerce, to manage orders from purchase to delivery. We can customise based on our customer’s individual needs.
